Frequently Asked Questions

Our Process:

Our process is fully automated through email and our software.

  1. Projects are initiated by submitting a Request for Service through a form on our webiste.
  2. A proposal is returned to the Client 
  3. When the Client accepts the proposal, a non-refundable retainer is collected to begin the project.
  4. The balance is collected on the day of the shoot, before the shoot begins.
  5. Once the images are processed, they are placed in an on-line gallery for art selection and download.

 

Payments:

  • Payments are handled by client credit card through our software system. We never see your information, it’s all handled directly through Citibank.
  • We do invoicing with established contracts.
  • We also do Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App if necessary.
